Hailing from the East Bay Area town of Walnut Creek, Torsap Thai Kitchen will bring their second branch of the elegant Thai restaurant to a nearly 4,000 square foot space in the Bressi Ranch community of Carlsbad.
Executive Chef Lalita Souksamlane of San Francisco’s Osha Thai and Owner Wendy Torsap Sanchez are expanding the Torsap Thai Kitchen brand this year, with another location planned to debut in Hawaii after they open in San Diego.
On the menu we can expect to find wok-fried dishes like their Volcanic Beef topped with an onion ring, traditional soups like Tom Yum Hot Pot, and familiar noodle dishes like Pad Thai and Drunken Noodle.
Torsap Thai Kitchen levels up on weekends with inventive Asian-fusion Brunch dishes like the Hat Yai Chicken and Waffles, Dungeness Crab Benedict with sriracha hollandaise sauce, and Pandan and Coconut Pancake.
