Dogs and dog-lovers alike are in for a treat. Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is significantly increasing their presence in Miami. According to CEO Paul Allen, the brand currently has three locations in the area. By the end of the year, Allen expects 11 new units to be open.
The Orlando-based company opened their first location in Palm Beach in 2007. Since then, they have grown to over 200+ locations in 18 states. Their expansion plans reach beyond Miami; Allen shared that the company intends to open 43 stores across all of their markets this year.
What Now Miami confirmed in a phone interview with Allen on Monday that three of the planned 11 stores are currently under construction. According to leasing data, one of the stores is planned to appear in NE Miami Gardens Drive in the Shops at Skylake. The exact locations of the 10 other units are still unknown.
The company has received accolades and recognition for their outstanding services for several years. They offer grooming, treats, accessories and more. Allen commented that, “[Woof Gang] grooms over a million dogs a year.”
