Franchisee Reas Kondraschow confirmed with What Now Miami on Tuesday that Five Guys is expanding its footprint in the great Miami area. One of the new locations will be at 1700 North East 23rd Street in Suite 110.
According to Kondraschow, Pompano Beach residents can expect to see the new location in Q4 of this year. As of now, they are in the process of design and permitting, with a hope to begin construction soon. A serial franchisee of Five Guys Burgers and Fries locations, Kandraschow has a total of nine units in Broward County.
Kondraschow is also planning another location in Miramar, and an exact address as of now is not available. However, this unit is also expected in Q4 of this year.
The brand, which was founded in 1986, has grown to a staggering 1700 locations worldwide. Their specialty is focused on making great burgers and fries, and the simple concept has led to incredible growth.
