La Ganja Restaurant, which serves Peruvian chicken, steak and seafood, is planning to open three new locations in central Florida, according to Claudia Bertra, who is listed as president in the Division of Corporations.

What Now confirmed that the three locations will appear in Orlando, Sanford and Saint Cloud. The Orlando unit will be located at 728 S. Alafaya Trail. Expect to see the unit open in just over a month. According to Bertra, their permits have recently been approved, and they are beginning construction.

The second location, in Sanford, will appear at 3852 S Orlando Drive. Bertra didn’t elaborate on what pre-opening stage they were in, but she mentioned that we can expect for it to open in an estimated 90 days.

The Saint Cloud unit is the furthest from operating. It will open at 4475 13th Street at the end of the year in a brand-new construction.

The brand, which debuted in Aruba in 1993, began with a goal to serve Peruvian style rotisserie chicken. Their offerings became daily staples of Arubian food, and they decided to expand to Florida in 1995. Since then, they have opened stores across south and central Florida and continue to grow their presence.
