According to a plan review filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Argonaut Bar and Lounge is planning to appear soon in Tavares.
Owner Hillary Perry, the owner of Nautilus Coffee Co., confirmed with What Now on Tuesday that the new concept will be an experiential bar and lounge, with a premise and theme established by a fictional story. The story involves steampunk motifs that riff off of the fictional story that was written for the Nautilus Coffee Co. concept, which can be read here.
According to the plan review filing, the Argonaut Bar and Lounge will be located at 122 W Ruby Street, which is just next door to the Nautilus Coffee Co. at 130 W Ruby Street. Perry shared that the bar and lounge will be opening sometime in May, but an exact time frame is not available.
More concepts are apparently in the works for Perry, but she did not have any information about them to make public.
