What Now confirmed with co-owner Raquel Frederick that MyRoots Juice Bar and Kitchen is bringing a new location to Coral Gables.
According to a plan review filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the location will be found at 327 Alhambra Circle, just down the road from City Hall. Expect to see it neighboring Café Demetrio, The Globe and Zitz Sum.
The concept is based on the philosophy of healthy eating. Menu options at MyRoots range from vegetarian, organic and gluten-free to vegan as well. Along with healthy food options, MyRoots also offers an array of juices and smoothies, all intended to boost the health of their guests.
Frederick reports that the location is slated to open in a month or two. An exact opening date is not available. However, South Florida doesn’t have to postpone their healthy diets; the brand has outposts open in Kendall and Doral.
