According to franchisee Matthew Catania, another location of Jersey Mike’s is on the way to Broward County. The brand has been busy in South Florida, and they don’t seem to be letting up on their expansion initiatives. What Now spoke with Catania for details.
The new outfit will be located at 11225 Miramar Pkwy, in the Miramar Park Place shopping mall. It will neighbor World of Beer, Robeks Fresh Juice and Smoothies and Maxi Arepa.
Catania shared that he and his team are close to getting their permitting finished and will start on construction very soon. Once construction commences, they will have about three months before opening the doors.
The brand was formed in 1956, and since its inception, has grown to over 2,000 locations nationwide. Jersey Mike’s is committed to source their meat and produce as locally as possible, and they also host charitable events across their brand, like donating all of their sales from the last Wednesday in the month of March. This year, they raised $20 million for the Special Olympics.
