Crust Brothers recently announced plans to open a second restaurant this fall. Look out for it at 5100 S. McClintock Drive on the northwest corner with Baseline Road in southern Tempe.

The family-owned restaurant is a popular spot in Scottsdale for subs, salads, and their popular pizza. The one-of-a-kind pies are known for their crusts, which are crispy and cracker-like on the bottom but soft and fluffy on the top thanks to a fresh-made dough that takes 12 hours to make every day.

Their crushed tomato sauce is from a producer in Toledo, Ohio and is further prepared in-house with Crust Brothers’ own blend of spices, versus commercial sauces that usually come pre-seasoned. While the most popular pizza topping is classic pepperoni, Crust Brothers offers over 25 options when it comes to making a pie that is truly to your liking.

Crust Brothers was established in 2019 by Eddie and Mark Miller. Together, the brothers combined nearly sixty years of experience in the restaurant industry that took them from their roots in Columbus, Ohio to Colorado and eventually to Phoenix.
