Famous Toastery, the fast-growing breakfast and brunch eatery, is opening a new location in Charlotte at 7741 Colony Rd.

The company’s newest corporate-owned site is expected to open around mid-June 2023, according to Charlotte Observer. Famous Toastery will celebrate the grand opening next month with special offers that will be available to guests throughout the week, such as the chance to win free brunch for a week and the opportunity to create and name a “Famously Fresh” cocktail that will be served exclusively at the new location. The announcement follows the company signing a new franchise agreement to bring the brand to Florida.

When the new Charlotte location opens, it will be open seven days a week from 7 am-3 pm, offering guests a variety of breakfast, lunch, and cocktail menu options. Customers can expect plenty of brunch favorites such as omelets, pancakes, waffles, stuffed French toast, benedicts, and an array of sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and salads. Famous Toastery offers nitrate-free oven-roasted turkeys made in-house and breakfast potatoes prepared fresh each morning. In addition to its mouth-watering breakfast and lunch fare, the restaurant also offers specialty coffees and alcoholic brunch cocktails.

“Opening our eighth corporate-owned Famous Toastery restaurant in the Charlotte area is an exciting milestone for our team,” Mike Sebazco, President of Famous Toastery, said in a press release. “We love interacting with the local Charlotte community and look forward to becoming more involved with our guests as we continue to grow.”
