Cha Redefine is coming to Costa Mesa. Owner Audrey Huang will be opening at the Collage Culinary Experience at South Coast Plaza sometime this spring.

Huang founded the business nearly three years ago on busy Union St in Pasadena, and has since expanded the concept to include outposts in downtown Los Angeles and Rowland Heights, with a store in Arcadia also on the way soon.

The team at Cha Redefine seeks, as the name might suggest, to combine “traditional tea with a modern brewing methods to breathe new life into tea culture.” For the menu, they offer six base tea varieties, including Matcha, Sri Lankan Black Tea, and Oolong that customers can either enjoy on their own, or as coffee replacement in barista style espresso drinks.

The Collage Culinary Experience is a “A one-of-a-kind, elevated dining collective at South Coast Plaza, next to Bloomingdale’s” that features popular concepts including Le Shrimp Ramen, Paradise Dynasty, and PhoHolic.
