Sip-N-Sea Cafe is gearing up for an opening soon in the Leucadia community in Encinitas. The coastal cafe is currently setting up its space next door to Fish 101, replacing La Dolce Vita Cafe and Gelato.

Owner Giuseppe Georgees tells What Now San Diego, “We have a pretty extensive menu for this small shop.” Georgees says their specialty will be boba tea but will also offer smoothies, acai bowls, along with hot or iced specialty coffee drinks.

Guests can choose their preferred level of sweetness for their boba drinks, with traditional Milk Tea options like Brown Sugar Boba, Matcha, and Roasted Oolong Tea. Or try Sip-N-Sea’s signature RipTides, blended drinks in flavors like Creamy Avocado Matcha or Mangonada.

Sip-N-Sea is expected to open in mid-April 2023. Preview the menu and find updates by following their Facebook page.
