Yaqui Coffee House is the latest tenant at The Shops at Escaya. According to site plans by commercial real estate group Flocke & Avoyer, the cafe will join the mixed-use development in Chula Vista’s Otay Ranch.
Owner Anahis Monroy tells What Now San Diego that Yaqui Coffee House is heading into the construction phase of their 1,338-square-foot space, allowing for time to continue building the brand.
The menu at Yaqui Coffee House will feature specialty lattes and picture-worthy coffee drinks, sourcing beans from a rotating list of local coffee roasters the business partners with. The coffee shop will also serve a variety of small bites and baked goods.
