A new eatery, Dora’s Restaurant, will debut in the East Village this summer, co-owner Dora Morales confirms.
After working as a waitress and bartender for 30 years, Morales is opening her first solo concept with her brother. The restaurant is slated to serve ceviche and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as offer beer, wine and cider. It will have a happy hour from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m., and starting at 11 a.m. will offer brunch on the weekends.
