Manhattan Deli, a new eatery, will soon be coming to Patrick Space Force Base, according to recent public records.

The eatery, located at 1221 South Patrick Drive, will neighbor other essential establishments for the base’s population such as the commissary, the exchange, pharmacy and chains such as Burger King and Charley’s Cheesteaks.

While owner Patricia Nauyo was not immediately available to comment on the upcoming eatery’s menu, space, and prospective opening dates, eager readers can reasonably gather a few expectations — given Mrs. Nauyo’s experience living in the Northeast and the establishment’s name, Manhattan Deli will likely serve up the kind of classic sandwich and snack offerings that have made New York-style so distinctive and popular across the nation.

Until Manhattan Deli opens its doors, local readers can venture down to Satellite Beach for the NY-deli experience at Latorra’s Bagels and Italian Deli.
