The Las Vegas Strip may be about to get another Ben & Jerry’s location. Permitting paperwork was submitted recently for a tenant improvement by Frozen Desserts VI, LLC, in Suite 15 at 3649 S Las Vegas Boulevard for a Ben & Jerry’s project. The contract valuation for the work is listed at $172,000.

Behind Frozen Desserts VI, LLC is Las Vegas businessman and Ben & Jerry’s franchisee Georges Maalouf. What Now reached out to Maalouf this week to inquire about plans for a Ben & Jerry’s at 3649 S Las Vegas Blvd. Maalouf was not available for comment.

Ben & Jerry’s ice cream comes in famous flavors like Cherry Garcia®, Chunky Monkey®, New York Super Fudge Chunk®, and Coffee Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz!®. The chain has been growing since its eponymous founders launched it in 1978.

“From a renovated gas station in Burlington, Vermont, to far-off places with names we sometimes mispronounce,” reads the Ben & Jerry’s website’s About Us page, “the journey that began in 1978 with 2 guys and the ice cream business they built is as legendary as the ice cream is euphoric.”

What Now is awaiting more information on this project. In the meantime, be sure to follow @benandjerrys on Instagram.
