As fast-casual, drive-thru-only salad concept Salad and Go grows its footprint in Las Vegas, the brand appears to have its sights set on another location in Spring Valley. What Now found recently submitted paperwork that indicates another new Salad and Go location is in the works there.

The permitting paperwork is for a newly constructed building with grading, with an estimated valuation of $750,000 for the work. While no address is listed for the location, the spot in question appears to be near the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Oquendo Road.

Famous for its super-fast, convenient approach to eating healthy, Salad and Go offers a selection of salads that includes the Cobb, the Caesar, the Roasted Autumn Salad (Sweet Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, Candied Pecans, Dried Cranberries, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Romaine, Chicken or Tofu), and more.

There’s also a variety of wraps, breakfast wraps, coffee, and other beverages.

What Now reached out on Thursday to Salad and Go Chief Development Officer Matthew Copenhaver to ask about plans for the construction of a new Spring Valley Salad and Go. Copenhaver was not immediately available for comment.
