Brownie MMM is one of the newest dessert concepts set to hit the Las Vegas Valley soon! According to a Clark County permit, Brownie MMM is embarking on opening its first brick-and-mortar location in the Winchester neighborhood at 2121 E Sahara Ave, Ste G.
“BROWNIE MMM is the new wave of desserts,” owner Terri Drake said in an interview with What Now Las Vegas.
“They can be enjoyed alone or in any group setting. We make any dessert you can dream of in a nice resealable jar.”
The brand has been operating as a mobile order service and already has a crowd favorite.
“One of our biggest sellers is the peach cobbler,” Drake said.
“Everything is fresh and homemade.”
2121 E Sahara Ave is not part of a traditional multi-tenant shopping center; it is a large commercial property primarily occupied by AutoSavvy Las Vegas, a car dealership.
The plan is to open the new location in early 2027.
The brand does not have a website or social media pages, so it’s hard to say what exactly Brownie MMM will offer. But Drake shares a picture of the cakes in a jar she intends to sell; example flavors include red velvet, caramel crunch, and funfetti, to name a few.
“I hope to bring to the community cake not covered by napkins on paper plates,” Drake said.
“The hope is to be on every corner like Crumbl.”
