Pvolve is evolving into a Las Vegas fitness staple. The brand is currently working on opening not one but two locations in the Las Vegas Valley for its Nevada debut. VAC Development, local developers, recently announced in a press release that the strength and mobility brand is slated to open within The Cliff in Green Valley Ranch in Henderson at 2500 Paseo Verde Parkway.

“We were excited when we learned about the new Cliffs vision and other tenants joining, and felt that PVOLVE and our community would fit in well with the new complex being built there,” Pvolve Las Vegas franchisee Jennifer LaFrance said in an interview with What Now Las Vegas.

“We can’t wait for everyone to experience this amazing movement method, and we look forward to welcoming everyone!”

VAC Development has broken ground on the 100,000-square-foot open-air retail, dining, and entertainment destination in Henderson’s Green Valley Ranch. Construction officially began September 1, with delivery to tenants targeted for Q2 2027. LaFrance confirmed that the plan is to open Pvolve at The Cliff in the first half of 2027.

“My family has been developing in Henderson for more than 20 years, and we know this corridor and the demand here firsthand,” principal of VAC Development, Devon Sansone, said in the press release.

“Henderson is home to more than 340,000 residents but only roughly 195,000 square feet of Class A retail — a fraction of what comparable submarkets offer per resident. The Cliff is built to close that gap.”

Pvolve is a low-impact, science-led functional fitness brand founded in November 2017 by Rachel Katzman and trainer Stephen Pasterino. The two created the Pvolve method as an alternative to high-impact, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) after Katzman sought pain relief for scoliosis and back issues.

The brand launched with a physical studio in New York and digital classes, anchored by its signature piece of proprietary equipment, the P.ball, an inflatable ball attached to a resistance band. The method quickly gained a dedicated following among models and celebrities for its focus on mobility, stability, and lower-body sculpting. Katzman and Pasterino divorced in 2020, and Pasterino later left the company. Julie Cartwright later joined as president, steering the brand toward holistic health and clinical validation.

What Now also reached out to Cartwright to find out more about the brand. But we did not hear back by the time of this publication.

“Muscle is the ultimate anti-aging tool,” actress Jennifer Aniston, a partner of the brand, said about her Pvolve journey on the brand’s website.

“With PVOLVE, I am building strength that fuels my energy, confidence, and longevity.”

In 2023, Aniston partnered officially with Pvolve as a co-owner and advisor after using the method to recover from injuries and physical burnout, massively boosting mainstream awareness. The brand established a Clinical Advisory Board, completing multiple clinical studies to prove the effectiveness of its hybrid digital and brick-and-mortar studio model. Today, there are more than 50 Pvolve studios across the United States and Canada, with more than 45 additional locations currently in development.

What Now also reached out to Pvolve COO Jesse McBain to find out more about further expansion plans. But we did not hear back by the time of this publication.

“As most operators would likely agree, once we decided to bring this business to Las Vegas, the time from identifying a space to building and opening is the biggest challenge. The Cliffs in particular had some delays in their timing, but look to be on track now. We wish we could speed up the process, and yet we know that once we are open, we will forget all about the process to get there,” LaFrance said.

“We are excited to bring the first two locations to Las Vegas and will always keep an eye out for opportunities to expand further, as we truly believe everyone needs PVOLVE in their lives.”

The plan is to open the first Las Vegas Pvolve location in Summerlin later this year. More details to come about the opening, so keep your eyes peeled and your ears perked for the latest.

Pvolve is anticipated to open within The Cliff in Green Valley Ranch in Henderson at 2500 Paseo Verde Parkway in early 2027.
