BODYROK is working on a new Las Vegas Valley opening! According to a press release from the team behind The Cliff, a new $100 million, 10-acre entertainment and retail destination in Henderson’s Green Valley Ranch, BODYROK is expected to open a 2,501-square-foot fitness studio at 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway.
“BODYROK is a Pilates-inspired boutique fitness studio, offering a high-intensity, low-impact workout format that blends elements of Pilates with strength training using the BODYROK reformer,” the press release reads.
“Together, Pvolve and BODYROK bring two distinct approaches to low-impact strength training: Pvolve pairs three-dimensional movement with resistance-based equipment, while BODYROK blends Pilates-inspired strength training with dynamic movement on its custom reformer.”
What Now Las Vegas reached out to BODYROK CEO Jakob Irion to find out more about the exciting new opening. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“This next wave of tenants is sharpening The Cliff’s identity by bringing in premium, flagship-caliber retail that shapes Green Valley Ranch as a destination, not just a suburb,” managing broker at CAST Capital Partners, Steve Neiger, said in the press release.
“The brands coming to The Cliff see the same opportunity we do. And this is just the next wave, not the last. We’re already in lease negotiations with several cult-favorite apparel brands, while having conversations with direct-to-consumer brands about opening a brick-and-mortar location in Henderson.”
BODYROK was founded in 2012 in San Francisco by Irion, his wife Tina, and Philip Palumbo as a high-intensity, low-impact, music-driven evolution of traditional Pilates. The Irions sought an active routine together and wanted an athletic, immersive alternative to conventional gym workouts and traditional Pilates. They developed a 40- to 45-minute hybrid fitness method blending strength training, cardio, and core work on custom-designed high-resistance reformers. Studios feature dark, club-like aesthetics with mood lighting and energizing music to emphasize an experience-driven brand.
There are now more than a hundred BODYROK studios across multiple U.S. states and the UK.
BODYROK is anticipated to open in Henderson’s Green Valley Ranch within The Cliff at 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway early next year.
