Salad and Go, emerging chain that’s been on a rapid growth trajectory, is set to make its mark in Southern California in 2024. According to Nation’s Restaurant News, the company is touching down in the Sunshine State soon, but the exact location is undisclosed.
The brand has been growing fast as of late — building about one store per week last year and planning to hit quadruple digits. CEO Charlie Morrison, who was previously the CEO of Wingstop, told the publication that the business will be entering the SoCal, Kansas, and Arkansas markets this year.
Salad and Go offers a healthy and affordable drive-thru option for fresh fast food. The company uses a central kitchen model for its 100+ locations, which makes expanding a streamlined process.
Southern California residents will get to enjoy the quick-service brand’s 48-ounce salads. The menu was created by Executive Chef Daniel Patino, who has worked at Michelin-starred eateries and has been distinguished as Best Chef by the San Jose Mercury.
