Buena Park is about to get a whole lot sweeter with the pending arrival of Nobibi, the celebrated Asian dessert and drink chain. The franchise owner for the location is currently scouting to find the perfect property for the business.

Peter Yau, CEO of Yau Enterprise, will be the franchisee operating this location — along with Santa Ana and Lake Forest Nobibi stores. The restaurateur tells What Now OC his team is scouting areas near Knott’s Berry Farm and The Source.

“We want to make ourselves easily visible and accessible to our customers, near and far. We cannot wait to bring the best dessert options to them, because they deserve the best!” Yau said.

Founded by Shirley Shinn, Nobibi has earned a reputation for its creative frozen treats and beverages. Every dessert served at the store is a work of art, from signature soft-serve ice cream to refreshing boba drinks.
