Back Forty Hospitality Group is bringing a multi-concept food hall to Spectrum Terrace in Irvine, California. Located at 17220 Laguna Canyon Road, the project occupies the former Terrace Kitchen space at the Irvine Company office campus, according to a recent license filing with the California Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control.

Also, according to SanDiegoVille, the group was working on the food hall while also overseeing its existing restaurant operations in San Diego. Common Stock Hospitality co-founders Brian Douglass and Anderson Clark established Back Forty Hospitality to focus on restaurant concept development, operations, and management.

The food hall brings together six dining concepts under one roof, each with its own menu. They include Laguna Canyon Provisions, a café and wine counter; Gould’s Delicatessen, offering New York-inspired deli fare; Hearthwork, focused on hearth-fired Roman-style pinsas; Taratza, featuring Mediterranean bowls and salads; Bowl Theory, serving Pan-Asian bowls; and OC Originals, offering burgers and chicken sandwiches.

The Irvine Company describes the development as a curated food hall with multiple culinary stations, artisan coffee, wine, craft beer and catering. The facility serves the surrounding office community, which includes several buildings and thousands of employees.
