With restaurants at 7080 S Jones Blvd #102 and 110 S Rainbow Blvd #106, Vegas-born Mexican restaurant brand Don Chuy Mexican Grill is getting ready to launch its third location. The new outpost will open at 5135 S Fort Apache Rd #145, near the intersection with West Reno Avenue.

“We’ve been in business for about five years, and we’re definitely looking for ways to keep growing,” co-owner Anthony Garcia told What Now on Monday.

Don Chuy has made a mark with its birria, including in the form of its popular birria ramen. The Don Chuy menu features daily specials like the Breakfast Burrito and Tacos de Lengua, along with a wide range of favorites, including tacos, tamales, burritos, and more.

“Our mission is straightforward: to offer you delicious food that highlights the quality of our ingredients,” says the Don Chuy website. “Our goal is to ensure that every visit to Don Chuy Mexican Grill leaves you with a memorable dining experience, rooted in the authenticity and passion that our name represents. Join us for a taste of genuine Mexican flavors that come from the heart.”
