Orange Grove at Rhodes Ranch, the retail center on the northwest corner of the intersection of South Durango Drive and West Warm Springs Road, appears to be the future home of a new Top Sushi & Oyster location. The restaurant currently has two locations in operation, and paperwork shows a third location opening at 8680 W Warm Springs Rd #100.

What Now reached out to owner Hyoungjoon Lim on Monday to inquire about plans for a third location opening in Orange Grove at Rhodes Ranch.
The retail center is already home to several restaurants, including The Black Sheep, SkinnyFATS, and Jersey Mike’s Subs.
