Located in Henderson’s Anthem neighborhood, Rebellion Pizza is a local pizza shop offering artisanal pizza, craft beer, and wine at 2540 Anthem Village Drive. Having built a following there, Rebellion now appears to be planning an expansion: licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas shows a Rebellion Pizza restaurant opening at 7420 W Azure Drive, Suite 145.
This Centennial Hills location would be the second Rebellion Pizza.
The Rebellion Pizza menu features starters like Meatballs, Rebel Knots (12 bite-sized knots deep fried, tossed in Garlic and topped with Pecorino Romano and MIKE’S HOT HONEY), and Burrata Bake; sandwiches like Meatball Sub and Italian Focaccia Sandwich; and a range of pizza varieties includes the Inspirada (Italian Sausage, Red Onion, Mozzarella, finished with Fresh Arugula, Parmigiano-Reggianno and drizzled with Spicy Chili Oil), Spinach Artichoke (NO RED SAUCE! EVOO, Garlic, Sautéed Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Ricotta, and Mozzarella), and the Sicilian (12″ X 18″ Baked on Light and Fluffy Focaccia with Mozzarella Cheese ONLY! [ADD YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS!]).
What Now reached out to owner Ryan Perras on Tuesday to inquire about a new Rebellion Pizza. Perras was not immediately available for comment, but What Now is awaiting more information.
