Cold Stone Creamery is adding another location to its portfolio, bringing its signature customizable ice cream creations to 22314 FM 529 #900 in Cypress, TX. The franchise expansion was confirmed by Tomi Ogunz Creamery LLC.

According to permit details, the project is estimated to cost $56,000 and will involve the renovation and interior build-out of a 1,600-square-foot space within an existing shell building. The upcoming store is expected to feature the signature Cold Stone experience, where customers can select their favorite ice cream flavors and mix-ins, hand-prepared on a frozen granite slab. From classic combinations to personalized creations, the new location promises to satisfy every sweet tooth.

This expansion aligns with Cold Stone Creamery‘s ongoing mission to bring premium ice cream to communities nationwide.

With its unique approach to dessert and a reputation for high-quality ingredients, Cold Stone Creamery’s newest location is set to become a sweet staple in the Cypress community.

Construction is slated to begin in February 2025. Residents of Cypress can look forward to a grand opening sometime after the expected project completion currently estimated for May 2025.
