Developed by franchisee EMERGE!, the upcoming restaurant will feature a modern, freestanding design, complete with both dine-in and drive-through options to meet the needs of today’s fast-paced diners.
According to the permit, the project is valued at an estimated $89,106. The restaurant will span 2,150 square feet, offering 20 seats in its dining area and a single drive-through lane. The structure will stand out with its exterior finishes of fiber cement siding and metal, complemented by an architectural design that includes a highest tower height of 23 feet, 8 inches above the finished floor, with an average roof height of 14 feet, 6 inches above finish floor (AFF).
