Gold Bean Cafe Debuting a New Outpost in Berkeley

According to a recently submitted permit application, coffee shop Gold Bean Cafe is debuting a new outpost in Berkeley.

Coming to 2503 Hearst Avenue, the business will land near establishments such as Aki’s Japanese, Camille, and Subway.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, David Torres Perez, to inquire about the upcoming shop, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Gold Bean Cafe, the coffee shop is currently located at 2131 Durant Avenue and is known for serving specialty drinks such as Thai tea, oat horchata matcha, iced protein coffee, dulce de leche latte, and Mexican mocha.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
