Billy Panos and Kosta Panos, brothers and co-owners of Brothers Cafe, previously known as Cafe 382, continue their family legacy as they expand in San Mateo and Millbrae.

Currently located at 382 Grand Ave, they have a second location in San Mateo in Laurelwood Shopping Center that they hope to open on Oct. 1. It will be located at 1338 W Hillsdale Blvd.

A Millbrae location will be opening in 2023 in Millbrae Square Shopping Center, located at 716 Magnolia Ave.

On Brothers Cafe’s website, they promise to continue providing the same quality food—breakfast, lunch and dinner—but now in a fast-casual environment, where customers can place their order at the counter and seat themselves.

Brothers Cafe is currently known for their savory breakfast offerings, fresh lunch options, and square pan pizzas.

Bill Panos is also the co-founder/owner of Boulevard Cafe in Daly City, which opened in 2005.
