La Flor de Michoacán, a chain serving ice cream, desserts, and Mexican dishes throughout Las Vegas, will soon open a new outpost at Boulder Station Casino. Paperwork filed recently with Clark County by the casino estimates a budget of $120,000 for construction.
What Now Las Vegas confirmed the news on the phone with a representative of Angelica’s Business LLC on Thursday, who specified that the Boulder Station La Flor de Michoacán would be a streamlined location focused on dessert, particularly fried desserts like funnel cake and fried ice cream.
Except for the familiar savory dishes like tortas and quesadillas, the Boulder Station location’s menu is expected to be similar to that of the location at 400 N Nellis Blvd. That menu features a variety of desserts, including ice cream sundaes, banana splits, crepes, and milkshakes.
At Boulder Station, La Flor de Michoacán will be part of the casino’s slate of fast dining locations, including Rally’s, Subway, and Winchell’s Donut Shop.
No opening date has been announced for the Boulder Station location, but it is expected to open this spring.
