Hiring is underway for a new restaurant set to open soon at The Dollar Loan Center in Henderson. Craggy Range Bar & Grill is expected to open inside the home of the Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks this spring.
Diners can expect a sports-bar atmosphere to enjoy a frosty beer and some delicious food. Menu items include snacks and apps of chicken club rolls, which are scratch-made spring rolls filled with chicken, bacon, Swiss cheese, avocado, and tomatoes, or Brussels sprouts that are sauteed with onions and garlic, topped with bacon, candied walnuts, and parmesan
A wide selection of burgers, hand-helds, bowls, and salads are also on the menu. Diners can wash it down with a selection from Craggy Range Bar & Grill’s extensive libations menu featuring craft beer, cocktails, and wine.
Craggy Range Bar & Grill has another location in Whitefish, Montana, where its parent company, Glacier Restaurant Group, is headquartered.
