Mountain View Plaza will soon welcome a new Chinese-cuisine concept into its food and drink community. Permit and liquor-licensing paperwork submitted recently to Clark County show plans for a Beijing Taste restaurant to open at 3400 S Jones Blvd.
The plaza, located in Chinatown on Jones Boulevard, just south the intersection with West Desert Inn Road, is home to a number of popular dining locations. These include Filipino restaurant Fiesta Filipina Cuisine, Korean restaurant Q Bistro, and the very popular China Mama.
Just across Jones Boulevard is Spring Mountain Center, which is home to still more food and drink destinations, including Fuku Burger, Dance Starz Cafe, and Lau and Oc by Pho4Real.
What Now reached out to a representative of Beijing Taste LLC on Thursday. The representative declined to comment on the news. And so it looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer to find out what this new brand has in store for Mountain View Plaza.
