Centennial Gateway, a shopping center on the northwest corner of Centennial Center Boulevard and West Ann Road, will soon be home to a new outpost of Las Vegas’s own CrunCheese Korean Hot Dog. Opening in Suite 150 at 5655 Centennial Center Blvd., the location will be the chain’s fifth in Las Vegas, its hometown.
“We’re proud to be a Las Vegas-born restaurant franchise,” owner Mike Kim told What Now on Wednesday. “We hope to go national and be recognized all over the country.”
It seems to be working: the chain has grown nonstop since its founding in 2019, with franchise locations in cities like Orlando and Minneapolis.
The CrunCheese menu features a number of takes on the hot dog (and other goodies) on a stick. These include, of course, the Original Hotdog and the Jumbo Beef, along with more elaborate varieties like the Mozzarella Hot Dog, the Squid-Ink Mozza & Hot Dog, the Potato Hot Dog, and—if you’re really just cheese-obsessed—the Mozza & Cheddar.
These can be topped with sauce varieties like Sweet Chili, Garlic Parmesan, Honey Butter, and Honey Mustard.
