Founded here in Las Vegas in 2010, Nacho Daddy serves up gourmet nachos, margaritas, and the Original Scorpion Shot in six locations, including on the Strip, in Henderson, and in Salt Lake City, Utah. The chain’s Downtown Las Vegas location is preparing to move to a new location next door, at 121 N Fourth Street.

The City of Las Vegas recently issued a building permit for Nacho Daddy on Fourth Street. The project calls for a “remodel [of] existing 4,500 SF retail building with 2,525 SF addition for new restaurant.” What Now confirmed the move with a representative at the Downtown location on Thursday morning.

The Nacho Daddy menu features fifteen (!) varieties of nachos, including the Southern Fried Chicken Nacho, the Chicken Tinga Nacho, and the Thai Chicken Nacho. Tacos come with proteins like Chipotle lime marinated shrimp, Negra Modelo Beer Battered Fish, and Pork Carnitas. Nacho Daddy offers all-day breakfast.

Nacho Daddy also serves one wild drink:

“With over 50,000 sold since 2010,” reads the Nacho Daddy website’s About Nacho Daddy page, “we are home to the original Scorpion Shot which has been featured on Food Network, Travel Channel, Animal Planet, & more.”
