The District at Green Valley Ranch is the future home of Las Vegas’s second Kona Grill location. The restaurant chain recently signed a lease to open at 2245 Village View Drive, in the shopping center across Village Park Drive from Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino, according to recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Kona Grill’s menu opens with Starters like Seared Sea Bass Sliders, Lemongrass Clam Chowder, Avocado Egg Rolls, and Tuna Tartare. Mains include Miso-Saké Chilean Sea Bass with baby bok choy, Pad Thai Noodles, Surf & Truf, and Macadamia Nut Chicken with shoyu cream, pineapple-papaya marmalade, red bell peppers, miso whipped potatoes, and sautéed green beans. Kona also offers a selection of sushi and sushi rolls.
The drink menu features a selection of signature cocktails and several different varieties of margarita, including the Watermelon Margarita, with Lunazul tequila, Monin watermelon, and lime. For dessert: Carrot Cake, New York Cheesecake, or the Double-Stack Brownie.
Opening in the District at Green Valley Ranch, Kona Grill will join one of Henderson’s major culinary communities. It’s a roster that includes Echo & Rig, Rachel’s Kitchen, Bella Vita, and Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que.
