More than three years have passed since What Now reported on the expansion of homegrown Las Vegas favorite Le Cafe du Vegas, founded by Carmen Barbur and David Gazzano. Le Cafe du Vegas now encompasses two French cafes: Le Cafe du Val and Le Cafe du Sud. And the brand is currently preparing to launch its third outpost: Le Cafe Central.

The cafe brand’s website describes Le Cafe Central as “Coming Soon!” but does not yet specify a site for the new cafe. However, licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Le Cafe Central, LLC, shows an opening planned for 6660 Spring Mountain, Suite 101.

“We’ve grown in a year more than we ever imagined we could,” Carmen Barbur told What Now Las Vegas back in 2021. Now, that growth is on track to continue.

Le Cafe du Vegas brand includes “Neighborhood French Cafes perfect for family and friends to unwind and enjoy delicious food, great ambiance and service,” says the Cafe Du Vegas website. “We are thankful for our community who is now our family away from home. Bon Appétit!”
