The owner of a halal pizzeria in Germantown will soon open a new restaurant next door.
Anwar Abdalnour, owner of the recently opened Rama Halal Pizza, will soon launch Yafa Kabab at 6698 Poplar Ave, in the space formerly occupied by House of Kebab.
Yafa Kabab promises an authentic Middle Eastern dining experience, highlighting “bold flavors and fresh ingredients,” according to its Facebook page. The menu will feature a variety of traditional favorites, including kebabs, shawarma, falafel, hummus, and fresh salads.
Abdalnour briefly confirmed this news with What Now Memphis but did not provide an opening date. Yafa Kabab’s Facebook page notes that it is “coming soon.”
