Blossoms and Brass is heading to Costa Mesa. The ownership group plans to open at 3333 Bristol St., in the Collage Culinary Experience at South Coast Plaza.

Blossoms and Brass “is a very artisanal cocktails forward concept” where the drinks are “accompanied by a petite selection of delectable bites,” which will take inspiration from Japanese flavors and Italian design.

While the concept doesn’t yet have any publicly available menus, What Now Orange County was able to confirm that Kenneth Ussenko is affiliated with the project. Ussenko, if the name rings a bell, is the force behind Kenneth Ussenko Designs, a premier restaurant and residential design firm that has worked with big names both in Southern California and abroad. It’s no surprise, then, that Ussenko has lended his elegant touch to the upscale vibe at Blossoms and Brass.

The Collage Culinary Experience is a “A one-of-a-kind, elevated dining collective at South Coast Plaza, next to Bloomingdale’s” recently went live features popular concepts including Le Shrimp Ramen, Paradise Dynasty, and PhoHolic.
