Zecto Hot Chicken — helmed by Malak Hanna — is opening its flagship location at 907 W Orangethorpe Ave, Unit 102, Fullerton, CA 92832, just next door to the recently-opened La Casa Mexican Grill, also owned by Hanna.
Hanna tells What Now Orange County that the eatery has plans to expand the Zecto concept once the maiden operation is opened, which will take place in a couple of months. However, he’s unsure if the brand will franchise in the future.
The two restaurants — La Casa and Zecto — are situated in the Vlovehair Collective and Suites, just across the street from a massive strip mall anchored by a Food 4 Less.
As for what the incoming fast-casual restaurant will offer, the simple answer is hot chicken — a type of spice-infused fried chicken that is a local specialty of Nashville, Tennessee. For now, though, a detailed menu is unclear.
