Cava Coming to Rialto in the Near Future

Rialto residents looking for new fresh food options will be pleased to hear that the Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant chain Cava is an expected tenant at a new development in town. The business is coming to a new center off Ayala Dr & 210 Fwy.

Lewis Retail Centers announced on its site that the company is one of the businesses that will be opening at the under-development Renaissance Marketplace plaza. The commercial hub is set to be a 407,000-square-foot shopping and dining destination.

Cava will open in a 3,250-square-foot building alongside Handel’s Ice Cream. The site states that construction is nearing completion at the property and that the retailers are expected to open sometime later this year. 

Known for its vibrant flavors and fast service, Cava offers fresh options in an assembly-style setting. The company has a customizable menu with dips and toppings such as roasted eggplant, crazy feta, hummus, harissa, tzatziki, and red pepper hummus,
