Fresh and fast Mediterranean dishes will soon be available in Whitemarsh Shopping Center in Conshohocken when Mezeh Mediterranean Grill opens in late July or early August. The Virginia-based chain’s second Pennsylvania location, the first of which is located in King of Prussia, will boast seating for 29 indoors and 28 outdoors. John Marigliano of Renaud Consulting is responsible for brokering the lease at the shopping center located at 10 E. Ridge Pike.

Mezeh serves signature Mediterranean grain and salads bowls, as well as flatbread wraps and pita pockets packed full of bold flavors that are built right in front of you. You can also build your own bowls, wraps, and pita pockets by choosing a base like mixed greens or brown basmati rice, a protein like chicken kebab or falafel, toppings like Lebanese tabbouleh and Israeli Couscous, and sauces like harissa or lemon garlic. The counter-service concept also offers catering, delivery, and community fundraisers.

“We really let the food do the talking for us. We make everything fresh in-house, and I think you can really taste that difference,” Patrick Mika, Mezeh’s catering and marketing director, told What Now Philadelphia. “A lot of people are kind of blown away when we come into a new market over the flavors they’re tasting. Freshness is what we’ve leaned on from day one.”

Mezeh plans to continue expanding and has a location outside of King of Prussia in the works, as well as in State College, Mount Laurel, NJ, and Hamilton, NJ. Learn more about Mezeh at mezeh.com.
