The Lehigh Valley’s latest dining concept has announced an official opening date. The Cheesecake Factory will be opening at the Whitehall Township mall this winter, reports local media outlet 69 News.

Residents eager to sample the beloved restaurant’s cuisine should mark their calendars for December 19. The popular eatery-known for but not limited to its impressive cheesecake selection-will occupy 9,000 square indoor feet and 1,200 feet of outdoor dining area.

Elizabeth DiDuca, the Lehigh Valley Mall’s director of marketing and business development, expressed enthusiasm for the Cheesecake Factory’s inevitable contribution to the retail community, stating “Lehigh Valley Mall is thrilled to have The Cheesecake Factory join our dining community. The addition of the new, fan-favorite restaurant will allow us to deliver a unique and memorable dining experience for our guests to enjoy during their visit to the center.”

The Cheesecake Factory, of course, offers a wide array of cheesecakes, ranging from traditional to unconventional varieties, such as Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. However, those who opt not to make dessert the entire meal can choose from an impressive roster of savory options. The restaurant offers small plates, flatbreads, and burgers, among many other options.
