Poconos foodies, pour a glass of milk and prepare to have your sweet teeth satiated. Cookie Plug, the growing bakery chain that emphasizes thick cookies and urban cool, is bringing its treats to the Poconos Premium Outlets later this year, reports local media outlet WFMZ.

A precise date is not yet available for when the eatery will be firing up its ovens at 1000 Premium Outlets Drive. However franchisee Carlos Silver states that he is hoping to begin serving guests in November or December.

Cookie Plug has experienced a pretty rapid growth spurt since its debut in California in 2019. The chain currently has over 150 stores either open or in active development across the country.

Cookie Plug aims to inject elements of hip hop and street art into the crowded cookie market. Of course the emphasis remains firmly on crafting the most delicious treats possible; the concept’s signature recipes create a snack that is “part cookie, part cake, and part brownie.”
