The avocado-inspired food concept that had been operating as a food truck is going brick-and-mortar. Avofuel that has been serving food from 5805 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee is moving to a larger location on 1718 W Sand Lake Rd suite C108 by the end of this summer.

The new location will be by the Orlando Square shopping mall with other restaurants such as Vietnamese restaurant Pho of Orlando Vietnamese, sushi restaurant Izziban Sushi, Eastern European restaurant Veranda Restaurant and Zero Degrees in the vicinity.

Avofuel serves a variety of dishes that are all inspired by the super fruit: avocado. “Our goal is simple, we want to share our passion for avocado and at the same time help educate our health conscious community,” according to their official website.

Their menu includes appetizers like Tropical Guac and Green Smash, which is an avocado-based hummus. They have a section of keto-friendly meals under their section “Avoketo” that includes a chicken salad and Caprese. Avofuel also serves salads, wraps, sandwiches and toasts along with protein shakes, smoothies and even avocado-featuring “guilt-free” desserts.
