Buc-Ee’s Plans to Open Near Fort Pierce

Buc-Ee’s, the popular Texas-based travel station and eatery, is planning an Interstate 95 location near Ft. Pierce, according to recent reporting in Click 6. 

“The travel center could include 73,000 square feet of retail space, 733 parking stalls, 11 bus parking stalls and 120 fueling stations, according to county records,” the report states.

What Now Orlando reached out to Josh Smith, Director of Operations at Buc-Ees, to inquire about pertinent details regarding the development and its potential effects on the brand’s food & beverage experience, but he was not immediately available for comment. 

Known for its wide-ranging selection of serious food offerings, such as pastrami reuben, tacos, bar-b-q, and kolaches. Apart from its sit-down hot food selection, the brand has an astounding variety of beef jerkies, fruit, ice cream, and a range of dessert.

No specific address or opening date has been announced.
