SoBe Vegan, a prominent participant in Miami’s healthy eating scene, is opening another location in Coral Gables “mid-year 2022.” According to owners, Kris Singh & Nick Abraczinskas, the new location will appear at 185 Giralda Avenue. It is unknown which stage of the pre-opening process they are in.

The brand has two locations currently, one in Fort Lauderdale at the W Fort Lauderdale Hotel and the other in Miami Beach in the South of Fifth neighborhood.

SoBe Vegan has a goal of making healthy food delicious. According to their website, the chain hopes to eliminate the choice between eating food that is good for you and eating what tastes good. They aim to create a norm of healthy food that tastes great, so that younger generations will be able to eat well, in every sense of the word.

The company has put a healthy twist on several beloved American Dishes. Their staple menu offerings are: an all-day gluten-free breakfast menu, power bowls and all-organic salads, vegan burgers, vegan chick’n sandwiches, smoothies, açai bowls, teas, coffees and more.

A state plan review was filed on February 1st and is still “in process.”
