In a phone call with owner Christian de Berdouare, What Now Miami confirmed that two new Chicken Kitchen locations are planned for the coming months. Both locations are currently undergoing construction.

The location most near opening will appear at 5765  NW 7 Street, and de Berdouare believes it will be open within 30-60 days. The location will be in a shopping center near Blue Lagoon and will be near other establishments: First Watch, Publix, and Giardino Gourmet Salads.

The other location is earlier on in the construction process and will appear in either May or June at 20527 Old Cutler Road in Cutler Bay, near Poke & Tea, Cubavana, and Chopsticks House locations.

De Berdouare based the Chicken Kitchen concept on the Italian, French, and Greek Mediterranean food he ate as a child. According to the website, the Mediterranean diet has been proven to be among the healthiest on the globe. With a focus on health and delicious taste, they also source their ingredients locally and create their meals from scratch daily.

Recent plan reviews filed for each location were “approved with provisions” late last month.
