According to leasing data obtained by What Now Miami, Evergreen Garden is planning to appear at 1422 NE 8th Street. According to co-owner Leo Yang, they will be serving a Chinese cuisine.
Few details are available at this time, but Yang shared that the restaurant will appear in a new shopping center construction, and the build out for their unit has not begun. Yang did not have an estimated opening date to share.
Leasing data shows that the restaurant will appear in a 1300 square foot space in the Sunnylea Plaza shopping center, which will host 10 other retail establishments. Two of the forthcoming businesses that will appear alongside Evergreen Garden are Breeze Bakery and Epic Beauty and Wellness Spa.
An industry veteran, Yang stated that he has owned several other Chinese restaurants in the past. What Now is waiting on Yang to provide more details as they emerge. Check back for details.
