Key Market, coming to the area by way of Marisol Cubas, recently had a plan review for new construction approved by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Little information is available about the forthcoming restaurant, as Cubas had few details to share during her brief interview with What Now. However, they are in the process of building out their unit in an outdoor shopping center at 328 Crandon Blvd. Once they’ve completed the construction, Cubas will finalize licensing and inspections. Her hope is for the establishment to open around the start of May. An exact date is not available as of now.

At the Key Biscayne Galleria, Key Market will neighbor a host of other eateries: Ayesha Indian Fine Dining, Randazzo’s, Sake Room and many others.

What Now is waiting on Cubas to provide more information regarding the cuisine Key Market will be serving. Check back soon for updates.
