The sweeping build-your-own-burrito brand Chipotle Mexican Grill is planning one more South Florida location. According to a plan review filing with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the new restaurant will appear in Margate.

The address of the unit will be 5674 W Atlantic Blvd. The restaurant will be neighbored by several other chain eateries: Wendy’s, Boston Market and Burger King. The nearest Chipotle location to the new unit will be in Coral Springs on North University Drive, an estimated four to five miles away.

When the unit will open is unknown. Currently, there is no information on the brand’s website. What Now reached out to Chief Restaurant Officer Scott Boatwright for more information, but we have yet to receive additional details. We will update this article when we receive word.

Chipotle Mexican Grill was founded by Steve Ells in 1993 in Colorado. Since then, the brand has spread throughout the world, with over 2,750 units globally.

This will be the 10th location in the north Broward County area.
